Refund policy

 

You have the right to return your products for a refund within 7 days after ordering. Please note that products that are purchased directly from our website have to be returned to our warehouse for a substitution to be made. The products can’t be exchanged at a retailer.

In order for a return to be approved, make sure that below is equal to the product you return:

• The product should be in the same condition as when it was received

• The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact and protective stickers

• The product is purchased directly from our website

• The product is not customized

• The product is in its original shrink wrapping (plastic protector)

If you have bought a product with a discount code, we will refund you the amount you have paid less the postage cost.

Please note that you need to pay the return cost when returning your order.
